Do you ever wish you could have a time machine to go back in time and change your c section birth?
I do, I mean heck if I had a time machine I’d probably go back and invest in Apple products and maybe Tesla….and then I’d change my first birthing experience, my emergency c section.
And to be honest, maybe I wouldn’t even change the fact that I had a c section, I would just change the fact that I was so unprepared for c section recovery. And for motherhood…..but that’s a different email!
Most women expect to have a vaginal delivery, but nearly 33% of pregnant women in the US and 25% of pregnant women worldwide end up needing a c section.
That’s a whole lot of women who probably wish they could go back in time and prepare themselves for a c section recovery.
But since we don’t have a time machine, I’m giving you the next best thing:
The C Section Recovery Program
The C Section Recovery Program was written by a two-time c section mom (me!) to help new moms (like you!) prepare for c section recovery – even if you’ve already had your c section.
It’s filled with practical tips about sleeping, showering, breastfeeding, etc after your c section. And what you can expect from recovery over the next few weeks.
The C Section Recovery Program provides you with a timeline of what to expect over the first few weeks of your postpartum journey, and the best ways to help yourself get back to your every day activities.
WHAT OTHER MOMS ARE SAYING ABOUT THE C SECTION RECOVERY TIMELINE:
“Thank you so much for the program! I’m due with baby #2 in July and will have a second c-section. I’m so glad to hear a positive c-section experience from someone who went through something similar!” -E.C.-
“Thank you very much! I just delivered via c section one week ago. I really wanted the pain to go away. When I found The C Section Recovery Timeline it gave me courage that I will heal sooner.” -R.N.-
